White Fringed purse inspired by Spell and the Gypsy Collective

 While browsing the internet a few months ago,I discovered and fell in love with Spell and the Gypsy Collective web site!

This wonderfully sensual sight is filled with images of romantic, rebellious, and free spirited beauty!

Unfortunately

I cannot afford anything there!
so..
i had to make it..

 

First things first

make the front beading

cut

vegan strips to lace the beads to

or

use or buy several necklaces to make the front

this was long and tedious for me.

(i can now see why this bag is so pricy)

 

 

I got tired after half way through!

 

 

 

then....

measure the size that you want and sew the bag with as many pockets as you like

cut the inside lining and the outside at the same time

 

take aside extra material for the fringe

This for me is easier to sew whole pieces of material inside then cut the fringe later

 

 

Wrap

leather or cord around the metal rings

 

 

I didn't want any metal showing...

but you do as you like!

 

 

measure and sew the strap

and also the draw string

or use what ever you like

on old belt

perhaps?

 

 

 

turn the bag right side out and add the holes for the drawstring

and

cut the fringe

 

 

hand sew the beading on the front of the bag

 

 

 

 

add the drawsrtring

and fringe to the end for security..

and it looks better than a knot

 

 

add the rings and the strap

then fine tune the fringe

 

 

and finally

you're finished!

i love this bag!!!!!

maybe a black one next?????

Spell and the Gypsy Collective inspired eagle feather key chain

I absolutely love these dream catcher key rings from the Spell and the Gypsy Collective!!!!

 

 

They are pretty easy to make!

and cheaper....

all you need

is

an eagle feather

cord or leather

string and beads

a ring

and

a key ring attachment.

 

 

buy or make a dreamcatcher..

(i make my own for the energy)

then attach

the feather

This is the tricky part

wrap the cord around the feather top.

Secure with super glue.

add beads

more feathers

strings

then the key attachment

ring.

 

Then wear!

very cheap way....

is a 

vegan tail!

 

 

Take some vegan fur

boa

feathers

string

leather

dreamcatchers

old jewlery

gather then together

glue them

then wrap the cord around them

add a key ring

and that's it!

 

 

These can be attached on your hair

belt

purse

or

key chain.
